UTSC Student Dental Plan Coverage (2026–27)
Full-time UTSC undergraduates are automatically enrolled in the SCSU Health and Dental Plan. For 2026–27 the plan moved to GreenShield, with dental covered up to $800 per benefit year from September 1 to August 31. Most dental services are reimbursed at 70%. Here is how it breaks down:

- Graduate and part-time students are on different plans (UTGSU, APUS) with different limits.
- Crowns, bridges, whitening and veneers are not covered.
- A predetermination is recommended before treatment expected to exceed $500. We check your eligibility with GreenShield first and tell you your cost.
